1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website opulentedge.in and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Opulent Edge provides digital marketing, branding, web development, and AI automation services. The specific scope of work will be defined in the custom proposal or agreement signed by the client.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Fees: All fees are agreed upon in advance. Marketing retainers are paid monthly in advance.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and labor involved, all payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• Third-Party Costs: Ad spend (paid to Google/Meta) is separate from our management fee and is paid directly by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final creative assets (logos, videos, websites) produced by us. Opulent Edge retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Opulent Edge is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
